Copy the complete URL rather than referring generally to “the PariPesa page” or “the Kenya list.”

Name the field or statement

Specify whether the concern is an offer, limit, payment method, licence, app link, ranking or another detail.

Provide current evidence

Official terms, regulator records and current interface screenshots are more useful than an unsupported assertion.

Explain the requested outcome

State whether the information should be corrected, qualified, removed, investigated or linked to another source.

Security warning

xMaat does not need your bookmaker password, verification code, mobile-money PIN, full card number or identity document to review editorial information. Never include them.

Message handling

Collect only what the enquiry needs

When delivery is connected, contact data should be used to assess and respond to the submitted request, protect the service from abuse and retain an appropriate record of material corrections.

No bookmaker account support

xMaat cannot access an operator account, reverse a transaction or complete verification for a reader.

No confidential documents

Identity files and account credentials should be sent only through a verified operator or regulator channel when appropriate.
